Shipping and Handling

Free USPS First Class shipping is available for all domestic orders. However, there is an option to pay more for expedited shipping if you'd like. Orders over $500 will receive an option for free expedited shipping, and will require a signature at the time of delivery. At this time, we are only processing orders from within the USA mainland, Hawaii and Alaska. 

Most items will usually be available for pick-up in store within 48 hours of order and payment confirmation.


If you choose the "Free Shipping" option, items will usually be shipped within 48 hours of order via USPS First Class mail. For USA mainland, please allow 2-8 business days for delivery once shipped. For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. 
If you would like to expedite your order, your purchase can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days from date of shipping at extra cost for orders under $500. For orders over $500, we will provide free expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail and a signature will be required to receive the package. 

Any delays with shipping caused by issues at the USPS is out of our control. However, we will try to assist you the best we can. 

 

Returns Policy

All nameplate and picture pendant orders are custom made; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds. Please double check your order before it is placed. However, if there is a spelling mistake made on the order from our side, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you. Please note that since each item is custom made and unique, there may be slight variations from what you see on our website. The shape and size of each letter, and the number of letters contribute towards the final look of your piece. 

Please note that all sales are final. Please double check your order before it is placed. 

For the Vintage Collection, requests for returns will only be processed for unopened and unused items with the tamper-proof packaging still intact. If the tamper-proof packaging is not intact, or the packaging and/or jewelry item has been damaged in anyway, we will not be able to process your request for a return. Contact us at our email address (kims.jewelry.spfld@gmail.com) to request a return authorization and return shipping label.
